Every time you shop at Final Boss, you're supporting a local hobby store and the community around it.

XP Rewards is our way of giving a little something back.

Earn XP on eligible in-store purchases, redeem it for rewards, and build your Lifetime XP to unlock additional benefits over time.

NOTE: Our XP Rewards program is currently being updated.

We're working on improvements to the program, so earning rates, reward levels, loyalty tiers, and benefits listed below may change. We'll keep this page updated as the new structure is finalized.

How XP Rewards Works

You don't need to do anything complicated to start earning.

1. Shop

Earn 1 XP for every $2 spent on eligible purchases at Final Boss.

2. Earn Rewards

As your XP grows, you'll reach new reward levels that can be redeemed toward eligible purchases.

3. Build Your Lifetime XP

Your Lifetime XP keeps track of everything you've earned through the program over time.

Reaching certain Lifetime XP milestones unlocks additional loyalty benefits that stay with your account.

XP Earned Reward

  • 75xp ($150) = $5 COUPON

  • 150xp ($300) = $10 COUPON

  • 300xp ($600) = $15 COUPON

  • 600xp ($1200) = $20 COUPON

You can redeem a reward when you're ready or continue saving toward the next level.

If you're not sure how close you are to your next reward, just ask. Our staff can check your XP balance anytime you visit.

Lifetime Loyalty Tiers

In addition to your regular rewards, XP also contributes toward your Lifetime XP.

Lifetime XP tracks how much XP you've earned throughout your time in the program. Unlike your current reward progress, Lifetime XP continues accumulating over time.

Reach a new milestone, and you'll unlock permanent benefits on eligible purchases.

  • Lifetime XP Tier - Permanent Benefits

    • 5,000 XP - Local Hero: 1.5× XP on purchases + 5% off eligible purchases

    • 15,000 XP - Legend: 1.75× XP on purchases + 10% off eligible purchases

    • 30,000 XP - Demi-God: 2× XP on purchases + 15% off eligible purchases

It's our way of giving something extra back to the customers who continue supporting Final Boss over the years.

What Purchases Earn XP?

XP can be earned on most eligible in-store purchases across Final Boss.

That means the same rewards program follows you whether you're picking up booster packs, adding another game to your collection, grabbing your weekly comics, buying manga, or replacing a worn-out controller.

Some products, services, discounts, or special purchases may not qualify for XP or loyalty benefits.

If you're ever unsure whether something qualifies, just ask before your purchase and we'll be happy to explain.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You currently earn 1 XP for every $2 spent on eligible in-store purchases.

    As you reach higher Lifetime Loyalty Tiers, your XP earning rate may increase.

  • Your Lifetime XP does not expire.

    Your Lifetime XP continues accumulating as you participate in the program and is used to determine your Loyalty Tier.

  • Your regular XP determines when you've earned a reward coupon.

    Lifetime XP tracks the total XP you've earned through the program over time and determines your Lifetime Loyalty Tier.

    Think of one as progress toward your next coupon and the other as progress toward your long-term loyalty benefits.

  • Yes.

    If you'd rather keep building toward a higher reward level instead of redeeming your current reward, you can continue saving your XP.

  • Redeeming a regular XP reward does not reduce your Lifetime XP.

    Your Lifetime XP continues tracking the XP you've earned over the life of your account.

  • Most eligible purchases throughout Final Boss can earn XP, including trading cards, video games, comics, manga, accessories, and more.

    Some purchases, services, promotions, or discounts may be excluded. If you're unsure, our staff can let you know before your purchase.

  • Just ask us the next time you're at Final Boss.

    Our staff can look up your current XP, let you know how close you are to your next reward, and check your Lifetime Loyalty Tier.
