At Final Boss, we want your shopping and collecting experience to be safe, fair, and enjoyable. Our Sales & Trade Policies outline the rules for purchases, preorders, returns, and trading to make sure everyone gets the best experience possible.

Preorder Policies

To ensure fair access to limited products and to better serve our community, all preorders at Final Boss follow the policy below:

  • All preorders must be placed in-store and are paid in full at the time of preorder.

  • Preorder items will be held for two (2) weeks after the official release date.

  • If an order is not picked up within this two-week window, the purchase will be refunded as in-store credit to your account, and the item will be released for public sale.

This policy helps us manage limited inventory responsibly and ensures preorder items do not remain unclaimed while other customers miss out.

Returns and Refunds Policies

  • Trading Cards

  • All trading cards sales are final. Once we have given you cash or credit for a trading card, ownership of the card is transferred to Final Boss.

  • No returns will be offered on loose trading cards, opened products, or sealed-new products.

  • Video Games and Consoles

  • Used video games and consoles have a 30 day warranty.

  • If the console or disc fails or stops working during the 30 day period you may bring it back for a refund.

  • Refunds will be distributed once the console/disc has been inspected and deemed faulty.

  • Any console or disc damage caused by the user during the 30 days will void the warranty.

  • New video games (purchased sealed) can not be returned or refunded.

Trades and Cash Offers

  • Trading Cards

  • Card-for-Card Trading: 80%

  • Trade-in: 70%

  • Cash Offers: 60%

  • All card trades and buys are at the discretion of Final Boss staff.

  • Cards are evaluated based on current market value using trusted tools and software. Factors such as condition, rarity, and availability are considered for pricing.

  • Graded Cards:

  • Grade 10: 80%

  • Grade 9: 60%

  • We currently only accept Pokémon graded cards.

  • We do not buy anything lower than a 9 unless it’s vintage.

  • Video Games & Consoles

  • Trade-in Value: 60%

  • Cash Offers: 40%

  • Games and consoles must be in good working condition.

  • Trade-ins and cash buys are at the discretion of Final Boss staff.

Payment and Purchase Policies

  • All in-store purchases are final unless defective or damaged

  • Prices, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept cash and card payments.

  • Age restrictions may apply for certain products or events — please check individual items or ask a team member.
