A Shared Space for Players, Collectors, and Community

Final Boss is more than a retail store — it’s a shared community space. These guidelines exist to make sure everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and respected while shopping, playing, or attending events.

By entering the store or participating in events, you agree to follow the guidelines below.

A Family-Friendly Environment

Final Boss is a family-friendly space, with kids and families visiting throughout the day.

• Please keep language, behavior, and interactions appropriate for all ages.

• If you experience an issue involving children in the store, notify a staff member so we can address it.

• Please do not correct, discipline, or confront someone else’s child directly.

An Inclusive Space for Everyone

Final Boss is an inclusive, LGBTQ+–friendly store. We welcome players, collectors, and community members of all identities, backgrounds, and beliefs.

• Harassment, discrimination, or hateful conduct of any kind will not be tolerated.

• This includes behavior toward customers, staff, and event participants.

• Violations may result in removal from the store or events.

No Inappropriate Content or Materials

To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests:

• Lewd, graphic, or offensive content is not permitted.

• This includes clothing, playmats, sleeves, accessories, and digital media.

• Staff may ask that such items be put away or removed from the store.

Hygiene & Strong Odors

Out of consideration for others:

• Please avoid bringing strong or disruptive odors into the shop, including smoke, excessive fragrance, or hygiene-related smells.

• Lingering odors can affect comfort and allergies for other customers.

A Politics-Free Zone

We respect diverse viewpoints, but Final Boss is a politics-free space.

• Political discussions, apparel, or displays are discouraged.

• Our goal is to provide a place where people can relax, play games, and enjoy shared hobbies without division.

Respect Store Hours

Please respect our posted business hours.

• If you’re finishing a casual game near closing time, we’ll allow a few minutes to wrap up.

• Please do not start new games once closing procedures begin (approximately 30 minutes before closing).

• Scheduled events and tournaments will always be completed.

• After events conclude, we kindly ask guests to clear out so staff can close the store.

Respect the Space

Help us keep Final Boss clean, organized, and welcoming:

• Dispose of trash properly

• Return any borrowed store materials

• Keep tables and shared play areas tidy

Small efforts help keep the space enjoyable for everyone.

Photography & Recording

• Casual, personal photography is permitted.

• Commercial recording, livestreaming, or filming staff or other customers requires prior approval from Final Boss staff.

Enforcement

Failure to follow store guidelines may result in:

• A warning from staff

• Removal from the store or events

• Refusal of future service

All enforcement decisions are made at staff discretion to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
