At Final Boss, we want every purchase to be clear, fair, and frustration-free. The policies below outline how sales, returns, refunds, and warranties work so everyone knows what to expect before and after checkout.

All Sales — General Policy

  • All sales are final unless an item is defective or damaged.

  • Prices, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

  • Final Boss reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse service at staff discretion.

  • Proof of purchase is required for any return or warranty claim.

Trading Cards — Final Sale

Due to the nature of collectible cards and market volatility:

  • All trading card sales are final

  • No returns or refunds on:

  • Loose trading cards

  • Opened products

  • Sealed-new trading card products

Once cash or store credit has been issued for a card, ownership transfers to Final Boss.

Video Games & Consoles

Used Games & Consoles — 30-Day Warranty

Used video games and consoles include a 30-day functionality warranty.

  • If a game disc or console fails under normal use during the 30-day period, it may be returned for inspection.

  • After inspection, Final Boss will determine whether the item qualifies for:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Water or liquid exposure

  • Modifications or disassembly

  • Misuse or neglect

Damage caused by the user during the warranty period voids coverage.

New (Sealed) Games & Consoles

  • New, sealed video games and consoles cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.

  • Opened sealed products are considered final sale.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via cash or in-store credit, unless otherwise required or agreed upon.

Disputes & Inspection

  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Final Boss staff.

  • Final Boss reserves the right to deny a return or refund if an item does not meet warranty criteria.

  • Decisions are made to ensure fairness and consistency across all customers.

Age Restrictions

  • While we are a family-friendly store, certain products may have age requirements (like M-rated video games, for example).

  • Please ask a staff member if you are unsure whether restrictions apply.
