Final Boss Store Guidelines

We want Final Boss to be a fun, safe, and welcoming space for everyone. To make that happen, please keep these guidelines in mind:

  • We Are A Family-Friendly Space

We are a family-friendly shop with kids of all ages visiting throughout the day. Please help us keep the atmosphere positive and appropriate for everyone.

If you ever have an issue with kids playing, let a staff member know so we can handle it. Please do not correct or discipline someone else’s child.

  • No Inappropriate Content & Materials

Lewd, graphic, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate material is not allowed in the shop. This includes clothing, playmats, sleeves, accessories, and media (videos, photos, etc.). If these items are brought or displayed in the store, we will ask you to put them away or leave.

  • Scents & Strong Odors

Out of respect for others, please avoid bringing strong odors into the shop (smoke, perfume, hygiene-related smells, etc.). Strong scents tend to linger in the store and may cause discomfort or allergies for others.

  • We Are A Politics-Free Zone

We respect everyone’s beliefs, but ask that you leave politics at the door. Political apparel and conversations can be divisive, and our goal is to create a place where people can relax, play their favorite games, and connect with each other.

  • Respect the Store Hours

Please respect our posted hours.

If you’re in the middle of a casual game at closing time, we’ll allow a few minutes to wrap things up, but please don’t start new games once we begin closing up for the night (around 30mins before closing time).

Tournament rounds and other events will always be completed, but after an event ends, we kindly ask everyone to clear out so our team can finish up and get home.

  • Respect the Space

Help us keep the shop clean and welcoming. Please throw away your trash, return any borrowed store materials, and keep shared spaces—like the bulk area—tidy. A little effort goes a long way in keeping the community enjoyable for everyone.

Games and consoles must be in good working condition.
Trade-ins and buys are always at the discretion of Final Boss staff.

NOTE: We currently only accept Pokémon graded cards. We do not buy anything lower than a 9 unless it’s vintage.

  • Trading Cards

  • Card-for-Card Trading: 80%

  • Trade-in: 70%

  • Cash Offers: 60%

  • Graded Cards

  • Grade 10: 80%

  • Grade 9: 60%

*** All cards will be subject to market research and prices. ***

*** Card trades and buys are at the discretion of Final Boss staff. Cards are evaluated by their current market value using tools and software that Final Boss trusts and uses. Condition, availability and many other factors go into pricing a card. ***

  • Video Games & Consoles

Used video games and consoles have a 30 day warranty. If the console or disc fails or stops working during the 30 day period you may bring it back for a refund. Refunds will be distributed once the console/disc has been inspected and deemed faulty.

Any console or disc damage by the user during the 30 days will void the warranty.

New video games (purchased sealed) can not be returned or refunded.

  • Trading Cards

All sales on trading cards are final, once cash or credit has been exchanged for a card the ownership of the card is transferred to Final Boss.

No returns will be offered on trading cards, opened product or sealed new product.

refunds & Returns POLICY
